Hey ool_la,

By browsing and search online, and from consultations from ID, VIP and ITEMp that my condition need 2 jaw surgery.. I'm just doing most of my research right now to see any better option out there, cuz couple places suggest that i need orthodontic treatment after my surgery as well. When r u planning to do your? btw i do have facial asymmetry, long face and maxillary retrognathism and mandibular prognathism.

Keiki,
I'm not exactly sure which clinics I'll end up consulting...I'm going to Korea over the summer so I'll keep researching till then. Does VIP do orthognathic surgery? I was given the impression that they didn't. I heard somewhere that if done incorrectly, two jaw surgery can really mess up your bite because as you get older 'cos the set of your jaw changes, so I think it's really important to go to an orthognathic specialist.

When are you planning to go to Korea?

do you mean 15$ per person per night? or per room? because i'm pretty sure 15$ per room for 3 people is impossible to find.

Hi all. I have just joined this fantastic site and already learned a lot. I am currently in email consultations with two clinics in Seoul, I am looking to have my typical flat asian nose built up hopefully to a long narrow western nose and I also have a long chin that I would love to be shorter. I am thinking of travelling to Seoul from the UK at the end of May this year (2012 that is). I am so soooo nervous and worried about it all that any help will be much appreciated. If anyone can give me a heads up as to which clinic you think is best for both procedures and which clinic will look after me the best post op as I will be on my own and I can't speak Korean. I'm worried about everything including what to do once my time is up in the complimentary guest house, do they help you find a hotel or is this something I sort out myself? I'd be really grateful if you guys could instil some positivity in me and give me advice especially if you have already been there and done that. Thank you ever so :smile1:

Hi guys.

It has been 12 days after my op. Everything went smoothly. I am getting used to my new nose and am very satisfied with the results. Though I know that it takes 6 months for the nose to settle to the final shape, I can visualize that it will look good.

PS (Please see my previous post on who is my doc, how much it cost and what is the procedure done. Been answering that many times already.) :coolio:

Psychological and Confidence Effect:

Absolutely great! I am able to go out without a mask after 7 days once the cast was taken out. I just put on BB cream as foundation, (Using brush to apply now that I have a delicate nose :p) blusher, lipstick and eyebrow pencil. and I went shopping and eating with a vengeance. lol. Though appetite was less than normal due to the wearing effect of local anesthetic, not complaining cos I don't mind losing some weight. (Which I did... about 3 kg) :graucho:

*Tip: If you have stitches on the outside and inside of the nose, you have to be more careful in your facial expression like laughing and yawning out loud. I was watching comedy on youtube during my first few days and I made the mistake of lol-ing. Quite painful! Once stitches are removed, you can be yourself again :)

My family agreed that my nose looks natural. With a slimmer nose, it gives a visual that my overall face looks slimmer. Also with the eye bags gone, my eyes looks bigger and also makes me look younger! :yahoo:

For many years, I used to put on a smile with teeth during photos because I don't look good if I don't smile like that. Now, I can just smile demurely knowing that it look good. Oh I'm so happy! :)

Feel free to PM me should you have any questions. I am contributing back as how I have benefited from the previous generous contributors for the past years.

Cheers.
Hi,
just wondering if you could send me pic of you B&A pic of your alar base reduction. I want to get it done too but I wana get an idea of how it would turn out.
[email protected]
Thanks <3 May

The website is thebodylineps.com I believe. I want to consult Grand and banobagi as well but this clinic seems to be the best at lipo. And their clinic seems to be big and professional.
As for calf reduction, yes they have that too. Non incisional nerve blocking. According to their eng website, their doctors are even pioneers in that field but I'm NOT sure though...
Grand does Non incisional calf reduction too so if you're interested then you should consult them both.

Still no answer on eng intepreter :( please help !

the website doesn't work..
have you emailed zoe? [email protected], shes good and very affordable
