Best crossbody Chanel?

I was thinking about the sweetheart because the leather was more durable than the pearl crush! But is the chain
comfortable?

I’ve found no difference in comfort between that, the 2.55, or the classic WOC strap 🤷🏼‍♀️ that might not be the case for everyone of course!! But for me? All three are perfectly comfortable. If you were thinking about a maxi flap and using it all day weighed down I might feel differently but generally I haven’t had any concerns about the way the straps feel at all.

Agreed, unless it's on a bare shoulder, in which no strap with a chain is "very comfy" IMO.
