Haha! What a dream job!

It is soooo annoying that they don’t use more detailed photos. Most of the department stores have better pics than Coach [emoji23]

Thank you, Miss Dawn! I've been thinking a mono strap would be more substantial than using my Eva strap which I find a bit thin.

I love the Coach bag you have on your wish list. I just purchased the Rose Dinky at the boutique and the colour very pretty but I think yours is pebbled leather and mine is gloved tanned leather.

I found the mini backpack so handy this Summer. Even though with a shoulder or crossbody purse you are technically hands free sometimes you got to push it out of the way when your doing things. The backpack is truly hands free! I mentioned that I went to a race track a few weeks back and it was perfect for that event. I was walking around a ton and climbing stairs going in and out of buildings and racing cars [emoji23] and it was a delight to have! I’d like to get a full price version in smooshy pebbled leather.

I can certainly see the practicalities of having a backpack. Especially for an event like what you mentioned. I think it's a good idea. A pebbled leather backpack sounds perfect!

It's funny you mentioned embellishments because all my bags were plain and simple except for color, and now I'm learning how much fun little embellishments are!

I took out my Mercer to look at it after seeing yours, and it's such a functional bag with the zippered centre compartment and sides. I'm looking forward to using it this fall. DD has her eye on it but she left it behind (thankfully) so I'm going to carry it now. How lovely to get yours as a gift. What a special one! I'm very fond of the Coach tearoses in all the lovely ways they are presented.

I love your thread on summer bags, katev! It's a wonderful read. I wish I had some of those fun straw, canvas and beachy bags! Maybe next year I will work on that!

I actually use a small tote most of the time in the summer. My favourite is Longchamp. I can carry my cute small Coach bags inside.

I pulled out that crossbody today. I have two--one like that one, and then I have the denim canyon quilt with the skulls. I was using them more as my bags to change into for something different until I got my Dinky bags, but you made me think to pull this one out. It is fun using it again.

I love those pretty denim tearoses. It’s on my list to have a leather tearoses added to my bag to give it more texture.

Thanks! Those floral charms were pricey, but I got it for 30% off with PCE and I am glad that I did because it really adds a nice touch to the bag.
