Hello, I (prematurely) purchased an organizer from Zoomoni for the small Chanel 19 before I purchased the bag....it shipped a lot faster than expected.

Anyways, it seems quite large, measuring 27 cm in length and I have a feeling it won’t be fitting into a 26 cm bag. If anyone has purchased the Zoomoni organizer for the small Chanel 19, could I trouble you to measure the length for me? Thank you for your help and trouble.

Hm, I wonder if perhaps they sent the wrong size? I just measured mine and it was around 22.5 cm.

I ordered from Zoomoni as well for my Chanel 19 small, but the one I got was too big!!! So I contacted them back and they will send the new one for me.

Absolutely agree! Zoomoni, samorga buy felt from same wholesaler.

quality is exactly same. Samorga is expensive and takes forever to ship.

there are soo many zoomoni 20% off codes floating around

Just as an update, I did receive a surprise duties invoice in the mail from FedEx a few weeks after picking up my Zoomoni organizer from the FedEx pickup point.

Ironically, I was charged this duty with extra advancement fee for the wrong sized product plus she marked down the worth of the item on the customs invoice as being more than what she had stated. I asked for Zoomoni to amend the FedEx customs invoice a week ago but have not received support regarding this.

Just a warning that you might incur duties if ordering to Canada.

About to order a Zoomoni organizer and I’m in Canada as well. Can you please explain what you mean by “she marked down the worth of the item on the customs invoice as being more than what she had stated”?
Does Zoomoni usually declare a lower value than what they charge to help prevent the buyer from paying duty and taxes?
