I work in an office and go on client meetings and Bergdorf does not cater to me as a customer - they lost the working woman in NYC.
More than that - they don't seem to care. I will spend on pumps - suede and leather will do without embellishments.
YET - they have blow out sales with racks and racks and racks of shoes that they can't sell and are drastically reduced!
All crazy looking stuff...
I need and want classy and luxurious pumps.
