Being an SA at a designer store

It depends on where etc, but you should just apply to a bunch of places. For some reason a lot of the designer boutiques around here have been hiring lately

Throughout college, I worked retail part-time. The stores included: Max Mara, Burberry boutique then Barneys New York.

The key for me in securing these jobs was really hitting it off with the manager! If you look/dress/act the part then they'll love you because they know that their customers will feel comfortable dealing with people who understand high-end fashion. Just my .02! Good luck1
