Hi,

Can anyone tell me if the MK large bowling bedford sags? Does the leather hold up pretty well? I have 2 hamiltons, one in luggage which holds up pretty well and the vanilla that sags like crazy, will the bedford do the same?

Received the large Bedford a few days ago. It is a gorgeous bag but...it is huge! I am a petite gal and it is too much for me. Sooooo today I ordered the medium Bedford from ebags along with the Jet Set travel tote.

My DH must think I am nuts, lol. My spare bedroom is filled with MK bags right now. I have four bags that I am returning to Macy's and Nordies. Trying to find the right one is tough through the mail. We live a bit far from the mall and with free shipping this is easier. But still.....

Anyway, I do love the Bedford shape/style so I am probably going to keep the medium.

Anyone own the Bedford?

Just checked and ebags shipped my Bedford and tote. Whoo hoo....that was fast.

Arrival date is Friday.

I will do a reveal if anyone is interested....however....no replies to this thread so I assuming no one is really interested. No worries......I won't bother to post any pics then.

I'm so bummed out! The hardware on the bag is gold, though on the Macy's site is is clearly silver! I don't do gold... So I need to return it, bleh. And also the Michael Kors-letters on the side are clearly a little crooked. (I believe this was the case as well with a tPF:ers jet set purchase?)

I can live with the crooked letters, (although I do not expect them from a 300€ bag) but not with the gold hardware... Too bad, it was just the right size for my laptop+space for other knickknacks...

It's a gorgeous bag.....I had not realized there was a tote in the Bedfdford style. I have so much to learn about MK.
It's a shame you do not like the gold, the hardware is not a make or break deal for me, I love them both. It's the bag, how it looks on me that makes me love the bag. I have both gold and silver hardware and both look great. I undertsand if it's important to you. But it is a beautiful bag.

Gypsycruiser, I think the black bag is the jet set tote. She ordered two bags, one of which is the Bedford medium bag, and the other is the tote. I would be upset if the hardware was not what I ordered, and more upset if it was crooked! It seems like MK is turning out these bags so fast that the quality control is not up to par. I shop the opposite of many people. I surf online for what I want and then try to find an item in person. I like to check stuff out before I buy it!

Oh, thank you......this jet set tote looks different from my jet set tote. Mine doesn't have the zippers on either side inside. I guess there are many styles of it.

Not too many places sell MK near me so I have to buy online then decide. If I waited until I see it I would have nothing, lol.

That is a nice tote. It's a shame there are defects. I know Coach has been putting out some inferior bags too. I think Coach is worse though. Too many people having problems. I just don,t know what is going on these days. Manufacturers rushing to get their product out there.

Is the bag available with the silver SHW too? Hopefully you will find one you love.

I am waiting for Fedex right now to deliver my Bedford Bowling tote today. Hope there are no problems with it. I hate sending things back.

Okay.....so now I have 6 purple MK bags in my bedroom. Looks like a purple explosion, lol.

Choosing a satchel was easy.....choosing the tote is a tough one. The travel tote is much smaller than I thought it would be. Thinking of keeping the jet set tote since the travel tote has no zipper. I like the zipper for travel. And the jet set is a bit taller than the travel tote too.

Both Hamiltons are going back since I do love the Bedford a lot more. The leather is soft as buttah! The style is so much more me too.

Oh, sorry about the mistake! Glad you clarified that it was a Bedford. I am still learning about all the different MK lines. I currently am looking for a tote that zips. It's important for when we travel and I have to stuff it under the seat in front of me!
