I went to my local Coach store this morning and the manager told me that the Boroughs were not supposed to be sent out and ordered they have them all sent back.
Supposedly they don't want them sold at the outlets.
I'm not sure of how true this is but I will still keep watching and praying that I can find one there.

Well I got two. A friend got one n another friend just got one. So, i dont believe they sendin them back.
Yeah, just keep watching because it varies from store to store. I find that Managers/SA's in some stores are more helpful than in others. Most of the SA's at my stores near home are not helpful. There are a handful that I see a lot and they are OK. There are 5 Factory stores within an hour or so of my home.
I travel for work and go to San Francisco and Baltimore on a regular basis. There's a SA and a Manager at the Men's Store at Arundel Mills outside of Baltimore and a Manager at The Great Mall in Milpitas, CA that I have formed good relationships with. In both cases I started a conversation with them and they asked me what I was looking for and they would help me find it. In each case, I was looking for FP bags that I thought were long gone and they located them for me........so for me it's WHAT you know and WHO you know!
