Batignolles Vertical vs. Horizontal

I just got my horizontal for valentines and I love it, someone actually asked me yesterday if it was the LV diaper bag. I think it was because I had my baby in the stroller. But that gives you an idea of the size perception from other people. I just like wider bags over longer bags. but its definetly personal pereference.

i think it depends on your height. Vertical bags doesn't look great on short pple (ie me!) as it tends to 'drag' you down and emphasize how short one is! So I would go for the horizontal!

of course, if you are tall, then it doesn;t really matter, just try it on to see which one looks better!

Looks-wise, I'd go with the horizontal. But what about their little sister?? There are a lot of posts about the vertical or horizontal versions, but I hardly see any references about the regular batignolles. Why??

The vertical and horizontal are shoulder bags, the original batignolles is not. I think thats why it doesn't get as much of a mention.

Thanks, english girl. That's what I thought...I've always been more partial to hand carry bags...I actually own the original one, and I love it. But the horizontal is starting to grow on me, too.
