I wonder what the "new lower price" is? Just the same 50% off from SAS? I called the North Vegas outlet today and they had 2 peony and some beechwood ones. The peony was the same 50% off as SAS he told me.

I liked this bag but they are just too big for me. People claimed they have the smaller one but I never saw it anywhere. Not at the department stores or any of the boutiques I’ve been to. Too bad, I would have bought one. The leather was amazing!!

ah yes, i do have the smaller size in oxblood, and i truly love it. i wish they had made more colors in the smaller size, would have bought every one. i have never found another though. the big ones are truly big, but my daughter who is tiny loves it, so we'll see.

Tampa Premium Outlets has a couple of the larger sizes out on the shelves in their retail delete section--I saw dark denim and I think black or oxblood, but I'm not sure exactly which colors there were, so these are starting to show up at the outlets. :)

I didn't actually check, sorry--we just did a quick cruise through the store. I was looking for the Coach constellation scarf that was on FOS, so that's where my eyes were going. XD

They had a chalk and a navy at my outlet today. Miromar, Estero FL. I believe they were 60% off then additional 20% and then another $25 off if you spent $200 or more. I didn’t get one but did get a Dakotah 22 and a Soho crossbody.

They may still be accessible at a few of the retail stores. The SAS is supposed to go thru 8/2 or 8/3 I thought but not in all stores. If obtained at retail, they'd probably be 50% off but outlet, not sure. I called an outlet yesterday and the color I wanted was only 50% off (the peony or washed red) so same as SAS for now. Interesting if others are getting different discounts on them. I'll have to call that Estero FL outlet and see what the deal is tomorrow. I may run to my outlet and see if they can order for me.

There was a smaller sized bandit on the SAS in purple, but guess they're all deleted now.

I think several factors: the weight of the bandit, which is nothing for me, since I'm used to substantial bags. Then the double handles can get in the way when opening/looking for things. Furthermore, the removable leather pouch is a great idea, but smaller items can slide around underneath-making the search for small things a pain. Any of these can be deal breakers to people, but I love the shape, style and color (got it in peony), so I'll just work around them.
