laurenpop-Champagne is very lovely. Its subtle and glowy and warm. Perfect with RGGH I betcha!!

I can't wait to see the new FW colors in person either. I am excited mostly about the Bleu Lavande and Cocquelicot...although I was also wishing for a Rouge Vif type of red... :tender:. Really want my next purchase to be a wonderful red bag - this will be my Second Bal and I wanted to buy it new and break it in myself.

Susan Lee thank you so much for the info, I think we like similar colours, but I was STUPID STUPID STUPID & didn't get a Cyclade RGGH so a Turquoise RGGH sounds fab! I love your Cyclade RGGH PT....lucky girl!!!!

OK.....some minor adjustments to my color "descriptions"-Jojo wanted me to clarify some of the colors better for all of you (I tried-but we were both so excited this morning I goofed a bit/left things out/didnt explain as much as I should have!) Clarifications are in blue italics......

Colors:
Cyclamen-a saturated dark sorbet/ Magenta-ish toned pink. Deep and rich-no purple tones. I am not a pink person and this one speaks to me!


*CLARIFICATION* When I said Magenta I didnt mean Bal 05 Magenta. I meant a deep hot pink (laymen's terms for Magenta). Like a deep dark Sorbet.

Bleu Paon-a rich turquoise, like a mix of 05 Turquoise, Cyclade and Aquamarine. Stunning. Will come in RH, RGGH and SGH, not just the limited GGH. I need something in this color even though I already have Cyclade RGGH! I am smitten!

Bleu Lavande-a deep blue purple. Like a mix of Outremer, Marine and Raisin (but with no red tones in the purple).Not as dark as Officier, not as bright as Outremer. A great color for those who love blues and purples..


*CLARIFICATION: This is like a deep blue toned raisin. No brightness of Outremer in it, but same "cool blue purple" undertones about it. Hard to describe, as are all Bal leathers!


Coquelicot-deep poppy orange red....like Rouille and Tomato mixed. Rich and delicious and nothing like Sang at all-and not too bright/shocking.


Champagne-a light golden champagne color, like you poured yourself a glass! Subtle shimmer, but not metallic. Should be stunning with RGGH.


CLARIFICATION: When I said Golden, I didnt mean "gold" literally, I meant warm toned champagne color. Like a light yellow but softer and no cool tones about it.

Papyrus-a mid toned neutral brown, like a mix of Noix and Galet. Not as light as Galet. Maybe a little more on the cool side. Very versatile.

AND

Metallics!!!!!!!! Only available in RH City....

Argent Fonce: Silvery covered deep green-but heavy on the silver/platinum. Like if you painted over evergreen with silver. Its striking!


CLARIFICATION: Jojo said this is like a metallic Gris Fonce.


Argent Clair-pure platinum silvery color. Stunning. A true statement metallic.

Sorry if I confused anyone...was just such an eager beaver this morning!!!

You are so right, we do like very similar colors!! :ghi5: I am thinking Bleu Paon will be a must have for sure!

Jojo is all abuzz-the swatches are so very exciting, but of course she/I are most excited to see bags in these colors IRL! :tup:

Thank you, Susan! I'm excited now! I've got my eyes on Bleu Paon and Bleu Lavande! Can't wait to see the swatches! Hopefully I'll be in Europe when the bags are out, so that I can ogle to my heart's content!
