I bet u r right- those that did see it irl were not impressed but it is hard to imagine what could have been so ugly about a deep emerald turquois- this was my #1 choice for fw-
This was my number one choice too! Ah well.
The picture that I saw of VM .. was not an "deep emerald turquois" at all; it was more like a very dark Pine Green with teal undertones. When I saw it, all I could think of was brackish swamp water (kind of like how my '09 Black RH PT looks now 
).
