Cheetos, I think it's horrible that you received a bag that smells like socks! And instead of kindly taking it back, they told you to spray it Febreeze?! You shouldn't have to spray anything! It's suppose to be a brand new bag. UNLESS all Luba J bags smell like socks and that's how it's suppose to be, which I doubt. Try to get someone to take it to the UPS for you during the week, so you won't be late w/ returning it. I'm very shocked and disappointed w/ Bagshop's customer service. I just know how you feel b/c I recently went thru a similar experience w/ CS (not for a bag but a gift for a friend) that was very unhelpful.

And just to clarify, the reason I would be past 20 days if I wait until this weekend is that there was a long holiday weekend between when they shipped and when I received the bag. If they counted from when I received it like most normal stores do, I could get it to them on time. I was amazed at how quickly the level of professionalism dropped off a cliff and the rudeness factor went up once I kindly said no thanks to the Febreeze/exchange offer.

I have to say I think it's horrible that stores count from when they ship a bag, instead of from when it's received. It's ridiculous. What if UPS or the USPS takes forever to deliver it? Or there are shipping problems? Or they lose it for a little while? Or, like happened to me, they keep going to the wrong address. That's not a very customer friendly policy. They should ship the bag so it's receipt is confirmed, and then use that as the start date.
I've done a search and only see it mentioned in passing. I just want the low-down on whether this site sells authentic bags. The prices seem to indicate they do.
I would stick with NM or other better-known sites, but bagshop.com is the only place that lists the bag I want in the color I want and I don't want to get ripped off.

I've ordered 3 bags from them and have been happy with each experience! Great bags, great customer service, super fast shipping.
Another great thing is that they offer 10% off to future purchases from repeat customers. This really adds up when you're spending a few hundred on a bag.

I recently bought a longchamp bag from them. I called them to check if they had the color I wanted, and they did so I ordered over the phone. They were really nice and it arrived super quick. After I got it I realized I wanted another color and they were really nice on the phone about exchanging it. I am still waiting for the new one but it should be here soon. I would recommend!
Beware of purchase. I clicked to buy a hat for $148.50 they charged my credit card $228 pluss I had a delivery charge of £14. No they did not ask and will not refund. In the small print it gives them the right to change the amount you agree to spend and charge extra with out notifying you. Beware. Lindasky

I have no idea if this is the same company from the original poster but it’s close.
I did not realize they are not in the US. When I emailed it was not answered. I realized when I looked closer the pictures of the bag on the internet I could tell it was not authentic. I should have known the price was too low. I tried to cancel within hours of ordering. They ignored me. The name on the email confirmation was not in English. As soon I as sent in the complaint to PayPal they responded to PayPal with a tracking number. There was no way a package could have come from overseas in the amount of time. I tracked the shipment and it said delivered to my town the night before.
But when I went to the post office to say it was not delivered they said it was not addressed to me. It was addressed to another address in my town. From my discussion with the post office, this is clearly a scam that is happening now.

They found a way to get to a tracking number for my town. If the post office hadn’t helped me out this would have been very hard to prove. Do not buy from this company.
