Wowwwwww..... I think my jaw dropped when I saw this.... This is absolutely gorgeous... How do you pick such nice colours! I have such a difficult time picturing things in my head...

wow thank you so much for the wonderful compliments ladies!! i am seriously flattered and honored!! i don't know how i choose, i just try to envision them in my head, and look at a LOT of reference pictures beforehand. i also have my "dream color" combos in my head, sometimes this needs to be edited based on what is available for SO for the current season in specific leathers. certain colors will just "speak to me"... the turquoise/aqua blues I have ALWAYS loved, for example Lagon is an UHG but not available for SO, so of the given options, Turquoise was the closest.. I ended up choosing Rose Jaipur as the interior because it really just "popped" when I held a swatch against the stitch samples... I was contemplating with Rose Confetti interior/stitching against Turquoise also, but RJ was just more "pop" and more "me"... As for the grey/pink combo, this is one of my FAVORITE color combos... I would love to do a lighter grey and brighter pink one of these days
I think the best thing to do is really look at a ton of pictures beforehand so you can envision how different colors/shades look next to each other. Hermes silks/shawls also help inspire me because of their amazing unexpected color combos!!!
