I love the watch but it is so trendy. I have a watch similiar to that and its surprising how many things it doesnt look right with. Go for the bag.....but get a classic color. Pink is great when your 22 but might not be so appealing in a 10 years.

I don't see that watch being an attorney's watch. I think you're better off saving up to get something better. The bag however, will really last you a long time and it's good for a working bag. Not with a lot of documents, of course. I will get a different color though. Red is too loud. I am a watch person and I vote for the bag (in different color).:D

How about neither. You need to get a Chanel that you absolutely love with no hesitation. The perfect Chanel is out there. I agree the watch is trendy, save your money for the Cartier.

I have to be a voice of reason, too, and question both! Sorry! There are two lawyers in my family. One handles medical malpractice cases, so she can't wear anything to court that shows she has money...so, the watch and the bag would be out for her. The other lawyer handles mergers and acquisitions and doesn't litigate, so she can wear designer goods to work. What type of law do you plan to practice? If you're set on one of these two for sure, I'd say go for the bag. I love the color!

i plan to go into corporate (mergers and acquisitions)....plus i have a good 2 1/2 years before i'll be working and i'm about the least professional looking person i know........i just like fun looking things.....

I'd go for the bag/ I'm not in to watches. I wear an omega constelation which has melded with my wrist. I've worn it without taking it off for over 5 years and it just doesn't let me down. I could never wear a rolex, too much weight on my wrist. but a bag is so special.
