B25 Togo vs Epsom

Can you please explain why most of you don't like epsom? I want to buy a b35 GHW (don't know the colour, probably beige/grey) and i like very structured bags. I do not want to lose its shape. I want it to look stiff. I know that epsom is the best leather for that, but everybody says that togo is better. Why? Togo holds its shape?
I have togo, swift, clemence, and epsom pieces. Epsom felt very nice to me every time I touched an epsom bag. Togo was softer, not *that* soft, but more like traditional, soft leather. Epsom has that more stiff/saffiano-ish feel. I've had my togo bag 6 years now and it still has all its structure with only minor softening. Go to a consignment or resale store in your city and touch all the H bags - it's the best way to feel and learn. Also look online at older B35 bags in the leathers you like and see how they aged, it often gives good insight on how a particular leather/size combo will look over time.

Need your thoughts as I’m deciding what leather to get for my next B25.

Pros & cons of each leather please.

Your valuable thoughts as well.

I have several togo bags and find the corners are quite easily prone to scuffs. But they are fixable / spa-able.

I have 1 epsom kelly which has scratches but read that the scratches cannot be repaired / spa’d.

I also have 1 constance elan and am amazed by how durable it is. No scratches despite me traveling with it on several trips with everyday usage.

Which would you choose?

Thanks very much!!

Perhaps reading this thread especially the second page onwards might help with your decision?
