CW11 & CW12
Beautiful!

Question for all of you who are debating on which colorway for the Plumes CSGM---I just received CW11 yesterday and am not sure about it as beautiful as it is. Have any of you tried to decide between CW 11 and CW 02, the blue and gold? And if so, what did you decide and why?

Thanks so much!

This is stunning....beware this may be your first CSGM, but I can guarantee it won't be your last!! I too am thinking about the red version but concerned it looks too orange. Your blue one looks amazing, but am wondering if you see a lot of brown throughout? Would love to hear what you think, because I generally steer clear of brown with my coloring. Thank you!

Thank you for the compliment and the warning! My plan is for this to be my only CSGM this season, as I am planning to wear it with my black winter coat. Nearly all my other outer wear have zippers and/or velcro, and I am not going to bring such an expensive scarf near them.

I don't notice the brown feathers in this blue Plumes et Fete colorway. Overall, the number is fairly minimal. I think there needs to be a certain amount in order to get the contrasts needed. And, this way the scarf can be worn with gray, brown, tan or black outer garments. However, if they really bother you, I would love to see you model CW09. That was my second choice with those gorgeous reds and lavenders.

Thank you for the kind comments.

For all you Promenades de Paris 70 hem lovers, I wanted to point out that the hem matches part of the scarf, namely two of the "picture frames" near the corners of the design.

I saw the design was back up on the Hermes US website about the same time that I was doing my post yesterday. I hope someone gets and posts the pink. The gray bordered one is on my short list for when it appears. And, perhaps the navy.

I ordered the pink and will post it when it arrives

I always think about my wardrobe and what I have already. Plus, what am I missing (not much TBH)

I have quite a few scarves that blues/yellows/gold so while I love 02 I feel like I have that palette covered. It'll be a good cw for a easy throw on for AW. What can I say about 11? I already have the 90 and I feel it's a multicolour that doesn't overwhelm. Of course it's also quite spring like (to me).

BTW, I like the orange 16 and 12 too, have to see...

Thank you @papertiger! Appreciate your input and your decision tree. I'm not missing much either, so that one is difficult. Maybe I'll just have to have more than one--- LOL!

Yes! This one is my 1st choice as well!

Bova - I wanted to mention that the border is brown if brown is a concern!

Would be delighted to be your twin!

Thank you! Not wrong at all to have the lovely CSGM too!

Thank you Karenska. Oh no! Wishing you a speedy recovery as well!

This is my 2nd choice!
Thank you, Magjes.

Wow, in the H photo, the border looks beige but here it looks tan-gold. RedbirdHermes, would you mind posting a few more pics of this scarf, please and if it’s not too much trouble? I would be so very grateful as I am considering this purchase of this cw :girlsigh: ...

The hem is yellow and navy blue in the Promenades. Are you referring to the hem of the Plumes 140?
