Scarf in silk twill with hand-rolled edges and hand-embroidered with beads and sequins (100% silk).

This scarf requires 135 hours to be hand-embroidered.

Made in India

Designed by Aline Honoré

Measures 36" x 36"

The story behind
In a tribute to nature, its beauty and its infinite creativity, Aline Honoré draws us into a vortex, a whirling crown of feathers. Perfectly reproduced or entirely imaginary, they echo the ceremonial or celebratory adornments they can inspire. For protection, seduction or camouflage, the beauty of the feathers emanates from their function. Guinea fowl, birds-of-paradise, partridges, pheasants, manucodes, parrots… birds from all over the world lend their quill and down feathers to the artist, who magnifies and reinvents them.
This looks amazing! I wonder how much it weight with all those beads!

Does anyone have any idea if most of the silks that will be available have shown up on the US website? I am giving up hope and find myself on the verge of ordering my second-choice colorways.

Also - has anyone seen the Etriers remix gav in person? If so, what have you thought? (I am considering entering the gav world with the black.)

It does seem that US isn’t getting many of the colors available on other sites...I check multiple times a day and some colors haven’t appeared at all.

I am still waiting for multiple CW's of Wild Singapore to turn up online. I have only seen 3 CW's so far.

Has anyone noticed that the men’s scarves typically show up on the website later in the season or a season behind? I feel like most of the scarves on the site right now are a season behind, just wondering if this is a trend. I don’t want to miss out on the Galaxy scarf!

I'd love more insight on this as well. I'm really excited for the double-sided F1 scarf.

I took a chance on ordering CW11 of Flowers of South Africa 140 cm silk from Hermes.com. The colors are Rose Indien/Vert/Rose Pale. The design is beautiful, but there are some surprises in the colors. I expected the fuchsia to be like Rose Tyrien, but it has more red. On the border, I was not expecting to see so much army green/khaki color. But it has areas of Vert Vertigo, Malachite DFA38997-6E23-4EAD-B41B-DBA344C64C1A.jpegand pale green areas. Rose Indien did not match any of the fuchsia and magenta colors in my wardrobe. But I found other colors that can go with the shawl.
