Flawless! That is such a great look. Now I can’t wait to go back to my home store to look at shawls. Sadly I may have to wait awhile for them to restock since the Chicago store was looted this week.

I am so sorry, this must be insanely aggravating. Are you at the point of a letter to Robt Chavez yet? The occasional blip is to be expected, but this is becoming a habit! How someone could completely mess up hangtags like that is beyond me.

I haven't kept an eye on the orange Plumes, but the white one has definitely come in and out of stock a couple of times in the last week or so. Don't lose hope!

Next time just get it in boutique instead to save the hassle. I got the Plumes en Fete last week in boutique seeing the colorway in person and happy with everything, just paid and left with my shawl.

Thank you; not quite there yet, but it really is annoying to still be waiting for the replacement/the *actual* cw I ordered...
Re the tags - they both have the word "vert" in the color description so...I guess that was enough to trip them up? :giggle:
