Wow! Those colours are vary different! Maybe it is like @BagsRGreat has thought it is a completely different colourway than the one you ordered. Best of luck deciding!:flowers:

I was very excited for this cw to arrive at our local store. Not sure, if I still am now? So very different irl than on the website. Where is yellow on the website photo?

It was so difficult just waiting all day for this delivery and with 2 failed attempts in the morning when I was home all the time and had to make numerous calls to find out why and where so on. Just stressed me out and don’t want to go through again....lol.
Next time just get it in boutique instead to save the hassle. I got the Plumes en Fete last week in boutique seeing the colorway in person and happy with everything, just paid and left with my shawl.

That is INSANE. They seem to have completely swapped the orange for yellow, in some of the elements. Personally, I quite like it, but how do they think that is ok? :confused1: :shocked:

What’s even worse, I feel, is the complete lack of communication from them.
Of course I emailed them, including pics, as soon as I had unpacked the shawl and I specifically wrote “please call me” so any questions or misunderstandings could be cleared up right away.
48 hrs passed - no call, no reply to my email except for the automated reply with a reference number...
I won’t go into it further in this thread, but might post in the h.com thread once I’ve received the correct shawl (fingers crossed!).

Just FYI, I have heard that due to the current situation some silks have been canceled. I can't verify if that's the case for the other 3 cws of Wild Singapore that we've yet to see. As always, H isn't the most forthcoming in communication. (@TammyPrincess77 :hugs: to you)

Oh dear, I hope the Jardins de soie gavroche will not be canceled. Please, that’ s the item I expect the most.

This is beautiful, but the difference in the online photo and actual product is quite upsetting! I'd say you got a mislabeled colorway, but other than the yellow replacing that peachy orangey color, they're identical. I do think it's pretty nonetheless, but you should get something you really love. Maybe hang on to it and way for an 09 to show up?

Edit: actually, you know what? The tile floor looks different too--green instead of brown! And the model shot from the Hermes site, which often gives a better sense of the true color, also doesn't have any yellow. I think it's worth checking it this one is mislabeled and actually a different cw.
