I want both of the blue/orange ones.
What size and material are those?

edit: never mind, found the info seconds later, was just excited and still am. I love silk 140ies, finally some I like color and pattern.
@HoneyLocks, I am glad you were able to find the information you were seeking, because I was fast asleep and would not have been able to respond to your inquiry until now. LOL. I am drawn to those two 140 silks as well, but with my coloring, I think I need to stick with cw 01, 05, and 08 as possibilities.

The story behind
In 2004, Henri d'Origny created a photographic composition of various equestrian pieces that were conserved at either the Conservatoire des Créations or the Émile Hermès museum. Set within a harmonious frame, bronze stirrups, English bits, Ottoman spurs and fly-whisks form an elegantly structured ensemble. Entirely redrawn in pencil, Projets carrés embodies an understated sensuality of a line. The interplay of symmetry reveals motifs full of lightness, as if suspended in mid-flight.
This is surprisingly attractive! I love the pencil effect, and the 2 different corners are super-cool. But that zombie model is back - NOOOOOO!

The story behind
(loosely translated from French via Google Translate)
Gianpaolo Pagni revisits a classic of the House, the Ex-Libris scarf designed in 1946 by illustrator Hugo Grygkar (1907-1959). The original design, marked in the center by the emblem of the craftsman saddler framed by four horse-drawn carriages, is crisscrossed with streamers that resemble a racing circuit. Facetious overprints with dynamic lines, the arabesques of the Italian artist, keen on geometric shapes, are made with a stamp.
Thanks, Meta. These are really great. I like this design. I wish there was a cw I liked more, but maybe it will be that mod shots sway me.

The story behind
From the design of Carre La Folle Parade: Young French artist Claire Fanjul, for the first time working on Carre, showed a fantastic world on silk. According to Fanjul, La Folle Parade, who designed "a magical procession that looks like it came out of a surprise box," was inspired by an 18th-century print depicting a carnival float in Rome. I will. The composition is humorous, fantasy and a little crazy. In the center, a float with a tower is pulled by a disguised horse, and strange and humorous skits are unfolding around. From the surprise box, even the men with wheels, building parts, masks, turtles, and animal heads appear, continuing a fuss-free parade.
This English translation is ridiculous. Who does these?

I love those 2 also! Just got my first 140 in wash silk, and love it . I may hold out for a Kelly en Perles since it’s the wash. But those oranges!

Eeeek! Please excuse the excitement, but I’ve just ordered my first ever shawl from the French site! Eeeek!

I will take photos when it arrives next week... I’m shaking all over!

I’m also very nervous because I have never spent so much on an item of clothing or accessories.

Eeeek!!!
Can't wait to see! Your choices are always so thoughtful and your collex suits you so well - looking forward!
