Real Authentication have always been reliable for me. They’ve come back to me within 24 hours regarding my orders and have always been accurate.
I ended up using auth4you even after they blew me off because there was no other option.

Just wondering how long did it take for them to get back to you and what brand were you authenticating?
The same day or the next day. They look at it very quickly. Maybe too quickly. I wanted them to check one thing I just took a picture of and they closed the item and would not with a YSL. The LV bag I authenticated there was pretty straight forward
I got Authenticate4u to authenticate 2 Chanel bags. So far my experience from them are good. I paid through PayPal on their website and email them the photos. Next I dropped them a message in FB. They replied quite promptly in FB. The last one I liaised with is Lesley 
Silly question but when one buys a preloved bag, do you consult these authentic store BEFORE or AFTER purchasing the bag? Many preloved stores are overseas for me. Thus buying the bag THEN authenticating and finding out it’s a fake would mean nonrefundable duties/taxes for me but I imagine authenticating based on the sellers photos is risky too...
Both depending on the situation. I sometimes check before, but I buy often from stores with good return policies.
You can ask the seller for additional images if the ones posted are not good enough. I don't usually buy from overseas because of that hassle

Anyone can recommend other online web services to auth my Chanel WOC bag? RealAuthentication claimed the bag that I personally bought at the Chanel store was fake and they'd only allow the case to be re-opened if I get documentations from other service stating its authentic. Ive read a lot of negative feedbacks about RealAuthentication and not sure where to go now
