Authenticate4u vs RealAuthentication?

Hi!
I recently had my YSL kate bag authenticated in both 3rd party authenticators.

Real Authentication said that my bag is authentic. While Authenticate4U said that my bag is fake.

any opinions who i should trust more?

This is the Second Thread I've come across in only a matter of days about Real Authentication vs other paid services. Another Thread was a LV item. RA is NOT a paid third party I would trust nor recommend to anyone - They have completely dropped the ball in regards to "Authentications." So MANY mistake's across the board with every Brand that they so call "Authenticate." There has been major errors! AND at the buyers expense! They should close their site & recruit & pay Authenticators who can actually authenticate Branded items! They should be ashamed of themselves & STOP authenticating items PERIOD. Shocking business practices!

Omg! I wasnt aware that theyve already made mistakes! :O

any recos for 3rd party authenticator that is reliable? :)

How did you get in touch with Authenticate4U? I've tried asking how to authenticate with them via Facebook and their contact form but never get any reply and there's no order form on their site for written authentications!

Awww l, I'm sorry to hear that! Maybe you can try messaging them on Facebook too since we can't call because they're in the UK. I ended up going to ****************** after they ignored me. I didn't pay them yet. ****************** gets back to you quickly but I don't know how much I trust them since it felt like they blew me off and just wanted to hurry up the process

A4U are the worst at response unfortunately. I have given up on authenticating with them after waiting for almost 2 weeks with an authentication I paid for (not the first time).
