I purchased a Chanel 2.55 from Eluxuryonline.com on January 2, 2009, took it to the Chanel Store. They Authenicated it and couldn't believe the price I paid for it. They did tell me that is came from a France store not a United States store. I'm happy. I was hestitant to order orginally but I'm glad I did. Reason being, I did not have $1800.00 to spend on a purse. As a rule of thumb, it's always told that Chanel, Louis Vuitton etc., don't sell the these type of retailers. Wholesaler's do purchase designer items at a discount. The reason why I decided to purchase from this site because they offered a 7 day money back guarantee, accepted all major credit cards and was registered with the Better Business Bureau.:yahoo:

Oh please, like we can't see from this post (which coincidentally is your first post) that you're a scammer and associated with this website that sells fakes? You CANNOT buy these items wholesale and you know it!

Your story is ridiculous. There is no difference between buying a Chanel at a US store vs. a France store. You have no idea what you're talking about and making it up as you go along.

Furthermore, I cannot locate this company ANYWHERE on the Better Business Bureau site.

If you'd like to prove your Chanel item is real, I'd love to see you post pics. I dare you.

THIS SITE SELLS FAKES AND THERE IS NO WAY TO PROVE OTHERWISE!

Does anyone know how long it takes for modabelle to charge your credit card after you submit an order? I have tried cancelling my order but modabelle has a hold on my funds but have not taken the money yet. I can't get a reply....Very upset right now. My credit card company said they have to wait unitl the amount is posted before they can dispute it. Can anyone help????:crybaby:

thanks gosh there is someone else. I purchased and cancelled an order with modabelle last week and am waiting to see if they charge my credit card. my order status is blank and I'm hoping that that is good news. I've sent over 10 emails and cannot get through with their phone number. Did your order status ever say anything? :confused1:

Sounds like you'll have to refuse the package, if they ever even ship it. Then have your credit card company do a chargeback.
For sure, contact modabelle anyway you can to tell them you will not accept the package so they may as well cancel the order now rather than try to send you a counterfeit.
Be sure to use the resourced tpf offers and authenticate next time before purchasing a bag- and don't be embarrassed, most of us have been there.....
Good luck to you!;)

I rather hastily (ie. naively) jumped at a Gucci tote listed for $799 on Modabelle.com and then did some research (thank you, Purseblog) and took a closer look at their website and spotted several red flags - mispelling/grammar issues, a generic voicemail at the number listed, the fact that despite their claim to waive shipping for orders over $500 that I was charged $32.00 for shipping. I called and emailed within 24 hours asking that they cancel my order and that their site and lack of professional answering service, etc. made me wary. Well, they never charged my card for the order BUT they never replied to my emails or calls on the matter. Not a WORD. I am hoping I'm in the clear and my order was indeed cancelled but either way wanted to warn the community here that, while I don't have absolute proof that this site sells fakes, I do feel I dodged a bullet on this one. There is no way a legitimate company would have such poor customer service. This may be a given for all you bag pros out there but a word to all the babes in the woods like me: AVOID Modabelle.com Shaaaady!

I too ordered something from the site last week and I tried cancelling within an hour. Can't reach anyone! I have been in close contact with my credit card company and the hold on my funds towards modabelle have finally dropped off. I haven't been charged yet for anything and I too hope I dodged the bullet on this one. I was stupid and naive and want others to have a chance not to make the same mistake.
