It looks good, bags from a certain period dont have a serial. Likely to be a reseller.

Lakrits, what about the bag makes you say it's fake? The seller seems really upset and she keeps insisting it's authentic, and thinks I'm wrong and don't have enough proof. She told me she bought the bag as authentic from another seller. However, she did agree to refund me provided I return the bag to her. I'd also like to know for myself being a novice, so maybe I can be able to tell by myself. :)

We dont disclose the reasons why a bag is fake. This is a public board and we dont know who is lurking. We dont want to assist anyone in making replicas. The bag has several issues.
