Authenticate This MULBERRY - please read post 1 FIRST

This is a genuine Mulberry handbag bought in 2007/8 ish from Mulberry store in Manchester (store was in King Street then now Spinningfields) I sold on eBay and buyer wanted refund (given) as they were told it wasn't authentic when I know it is. Mulberry are sympathetic but won't comment or assist as this is their policy.

I can't remember the style name of it and think it must have been a seasonal style rather than an ongoing one. Anyway any help re how do i

prove its authenticity
and identify style name

would help as i don't want to put it on eBay again unless I can show authenticity. Unfortunately I don't have receipt credit card statement as 7 years ago!

Hi there, many thanks for your previous advice - this is an awesome service, you ladies must have saved hundreds of folk like me who love Mulberry but can't afford to buy new from getting ripped off :smile1:

I think it is an Isabella in kalahari leather. Made in very small quantities and for only a limited time, so not a model that many would be familiar with.
