Hi all,

I'm hoping for some help with authenticating two bags I have my eye on. I've read up online and some of the forum threads about how to spot fakes and as far as I can tell these two seem to look okay but I really want to be sure! Any help from anyone much more educated in these matters than myself would be much appreciated!

Cant see anything wrong, but to assess properly would need to see clear close ups of Mulberry label, disc and the little black made in tag please, serial is also good to see.

I got this Mulberry Bayswater on ebay Sweden. I'm a little suspicious as the serial is not on the pocket on the backwall as in the current bags. It is on the mid front wall. Also the logo seems a little smudged, like too much ink is used. There there is the color too, it has such a red tint.

I have a Mulberry East West tan messenger bag. Not sure if it's real. Bought from a colleague. Has a tag attached to the seam saying yg2 and another saying made in china. Are these on real mulberry bags?

Really? Thanks for that. Turns out I was outbid on this one, so lucky escape obviously! Can you tell me how you can tell its fake please? I was told by that seller that she had the "Mulberry barcode store tag". I really want to buy a Bayswater but need some clues on how to know what I'm buying is genuine. Unfortunately I can't afford a new one, but don't want a fake!
