Authenticate This Marc Jacobs

i did receive the bag and it is in fairly good used condition. there is some darkening on the straps where the grommets are and minor scratches on the hardware. is it anything to complain to the seller about? THANKS!!!

^^Looks good to me. Correct zipper, stitching. That is a very pretty bag. I know that Nordstroms Rack will put those metal studs on the inside of the bag to prevent returns. Are you going to get it?

Agree with Grace. It looks real, the side straps seem loose though - do they get like that over time? Maybe, the last set of holes are used. Its style name is Large Satchel (from Resort 2005 Collection), it regularly retails for $1075USD. Here's Eluxury's description:

I believe it's real; color of leather, lining, hardware are all correct. The price is good too for a brand new bag. =)
There was a discussion on Geranium Venetia, Jill used to have it. Let me look for that post.

^ Geranium's described as coral pink. Its lining and stitching are pale lavender pink. Check out this thread for discussion of Geranium Venetia.

I'm haven't authenticated one of these yet, but I would ask for another photo of the nameplate/MJ logo inside. It doesn't seem clear at all. I compared the bag to these auctions:

The 2nd one is definitely authentic, not sure if the first one is but it looks to be. I would compare the auction that you are looking at to those.
