^ The Maroon Venetia (Fall 2004) is really pretty, I love this style & color. I really...really wanted to click on the buy button last week! Why not? It's a bit big for me.... I still have it in my Watch List and keep checking it everyday. =)

I even contacted the seller about the reserve (the 1st time the item was listed), I deleted the reply. This season's Venetia is $1025 so the price is very good for a brand new Venetia. I recently got my quilted Venetia in Bordeaux (retail price is $1200) for $675 from Leshent.

This looks like black Sophia, the measurements of 19Lx11H seem so big. The MJ plaque is a bit tilted, not sure if it's because of the angle the picture was taken. I am leaning toward authentic though. The current highest bidder is a serious collector of MJ bags; I always see her bidding on MJ items. =)

I was thinking Sophia too, but I agree, the measurements seem SO BIG. Still, it's a nice looking bag. Haven't decided if I want to bid or not though. Right now, I'm just watching it.

Yup, it's so pretty. I'm so in love with this color, it would be a dream-come-true if the bag is a bit smaller like Blake. Do you remember a tPFer who got a Blake in this color for $500 from Jill's Consignment a few weeks ago?

Miss-Lilly, are you considering it? =) Venetia is a very sophiscated and elegant bag, go for it if you love it. Thithi & I are big enablers. =) I looked at the listing again, the bag is gently used (not brand new). This color is rare though, I hardly see it on ebay...

I do remember. I've been anxiously waiting for a photo because I missed the listing on the JC website. I don't think I'll ever see it... but yes, that color is soooo rare. That big bidder on the auction always outbids me on purple bags, and yes, she is a die-hard fan! I would love to see her collection. :love:

Yes, I am seriously cosidering of getting it even though I've never seen a Venetia (or any other MJ bag) IRL. It's a beautiful colour and is it really so rare??
Anyway, I can't thank you enough for your help girls!!

Hi Sunshine..That website is one of the ones listed on this forum as a fake retailer..I think the list is in the thread "Authenticate This" along with a list of non-reputable ebay sellers...Don't get scammed..Do your research and take advantage of the vast knowledge and help you'll get here on this forum..I LOVE this place!! I'm so glad I found this website..I ask for help all the time and try to help others as well...Good luck finding one..I want one too!!!!!
