The rich burgundy red suede in a real stam would not fade to a faded brick color. MJ would never use cheap suede that would deteroriate like that. :tdown:

aw, an evil cat? wouldn't any cat classify as evil if they scratched up an MJ??

The color combination appears to be correct if it is indeed suede... shape looks ok but of course need to see the nameplate, MII, and zipperhead on this.

She originally had the starting bid at $150, but has since changed it...

If someone could please take a peek at this one as well, it would be greatly appreciated! I asked for the underside of the zipperheads, and she attached the pulls. I can ask again though if need be! apologies if it's already been posted here. Thanks!

I was watching this for fun - she did have the BIN as $150 but then silly buyers started to bid on it which made the BIN go away... would have been a great deal with the live.com discount($100-$110).

That being said, my feeling is that it's real. You could always ask for a shot of the serial tag in the back interior pocket under the nameplate.

Thanks, Thithi. She also sent me this pic of the serial tag. She says it reads R06 197. I'll have to ask her tomorrow abt the interior color. From the pics, it looks like a dark khaki or beige color. Did these bags have those colors?

could this be an 05 quilted MP in cream? i know they came in black, bordeaux, and petrol...and there was a cream stam from the first line of icey leather....but I'm not sure if a cream MP was made...

i've asked the seller for more pics of the interior. he's very nice and accommodating, although ebay apparently takes 24 hours to update his auction pictures, as he uploaded the zipperhead shot last nite and it didn't show up until late today.

I think it should have a green hue like khaki color to it.
I did see that serial tag, but the fakes that I've seen have had very convincing serial tags as well, hence the request for a better pic.

I've seen the MP in pearl before, but not recently.... so far this one looks good to me, and you know what details to check. Considering this now instead of the bordeaux Julianne??
