i had asked:

^ Serial tags started in 2005, and that article was written prior to that year. Both bags you questioned should have serial tags in the interior zip pocket. Ask both sellers to check the seam of the pocket carefully for the tag. Both look good so far, but it's always peace of mind to know it is there before you pay for it!

It looks good to me, but I would definately request additional photos of the MbMJ imprint on the inside of the bag and the zipperpull.
(I'm surprised no one has bid on this yet, $199 no bids and 3 hours to go!)
