why do i always get a wired reply back from the sellers? I emailed the seller and asked for zipper heads, serial tag and why the bag puddles in the pic per Melly's suggestion:

Yes, I will be happy to post pictures of the zipper head, and serial tag. Actually, the zipper head is posted....I don't know what you mean by the bag "puddles"....It does hold it's shape. It is a very sturdy handbag...Are you familiar with Marc Jacobs handbags???? Thank you for your interest.

I wonder if perhaps the bag was stored that way? I received a bag once from ebay that puddled, but it was because the owner unfortunately stored it smooshed in the closet so that it retained a flattened shape. I had to stuff it and train it back to it's original shape.

In any case, that zipperhead pic doesn't really help with authentication...

Just trying to learn here-but, I looked at the pics and thought it was real also-the one thing that threw me off was the fact that the zipperheads say "riri" but underneath that it says "swiss'. I personally haven't ever seen that on a zipperhead before and maybe that is why the OP of this thought it was a fake?
