the date code seems to be written in an angle but it's because of the leather is attached skewed a bit in counter clock wise. (please see flickr for the pic)

I purchased a Louis Vuitton Amarante Monogram Vernis Rodeo Drive Bag several months ago on ebay. It came with the paper ticket, the dustbag and box. It had all the details, the only thing I didn't look for was the date stamp (I think that is what it is called) that I think is supposed to be inside the inside pocket of the purse. Do all Rodeo drives have this stamp, can you confirm where it is. I hope I didn't get a fake. Please help me find out the truth about this purse.
