Do you have a photo of the date code? I think the heat stamp looks OK, perhaps a bit shallow (but that does happen in authentic LV from time to time)

Also, I called the store for a copy of the receipt and each person I talked to said that I had to write a letter of request for a copy which would include my photo id. Does seem correct to anyone else that has worked with this store?

I posted my opinion on this, as well. It would be helpful to have brand new photos taken STRAIGHT on, with absolute clarity.

If the buyer already has it, you can invite them to join tPF and post them here for another check.

Macro setting on the digital camera is great for these shots.

Do I need more pics to get this authenticated? She got a copy of her receipt from the LV store today and emailed it to me but says she still can't fine the date code inside.

Thanks for your opinion as well. I guess I'm really going to have to dig up this darn receipt! Hopefully I didn't throw it away!

Need to see that datecode, it's sometimes hard to find in the alcantra interiors, because it's pressed in, not printed.

If she looks at it from different angles in natural light it should show up to her. I'm almost 100% positive the date code is in the pocket that Addy mentioned previously.
