I had asked for clearer pic of the date code (you posted the same pic and it is still too blurry), pics of other side of lock, zipper pull and rivet, interior pocket stitching (ends)

Connielai, Since you paid with paypal, you can file a claim through them. Go to the paypal site, click on resolution center and it will tell you what to do. Good luck.
