Same thing with me for the tracking number. She shipped the items on the 25th of this month. On bonanza it says that she s from new York. I live in Boston do it shouldn't take long !! I ll keep u posted for sure.
When did she ship your mandeville ?

Oh and I just sent her another message on her bonanza account to talk about the tracking number. If I don't receive anything by next week I am going to file a claim. All the pics of the items that u bought were from the lamb collection website. Should have known ! :(

Same thing here! She supposedly shipped on the 25th, after waiting 6 days for her to ship. I was starting to get antsy.

You mean the picture of the Rasta Mandeville was from the lambcollections site?!?! Aaaarghhh!! I don't know if I should wait to file a claim!

I can't remember if the pics of the mandeville were from the lamb collection website but the pics for the rasta wallet and zip pouch were taken from there. I bought the items on the 21st and she shipped them on the 25th. If nothing shows up today I might have to take actions sooner.

I see that now! I've been trying to hunt for pics of Rasta mandevilles to see if that picture was stolen. But of course you can't see any of the pics now because she took them all down. I already opened a case. I told my husband what was going on, and he thought I should open one ASAP. We'll see how this turns out. Hopefully PayPal will be good to us.

Ladies, I'm sorry you had trouble with a Bonanza seller. I sell there, too and it makes me mad when people have to deal with bad sellers. I want to keep the site "clean" so to speak.

So, even though it's a bit of a bother, in addition to filing PayPal claims (which you should do first) please file a dispute through the Bonanza order resolution process. Or, you can just email [email protected]. They will mediate for you but they will also take action against the seller if she doesn't cooperate.
