They sell fakes.

According to the whois lookup, they're a China-based company who has a website designed to look like the Juicy website and to fool buyers.

All the snowflakes are silver colored. (there is one pick one and one gunmetal one also)
Most have a gold clasp, but the charm itself should be silver medal.
If you search the charms reference thread at the top of the JC first page, you will see photos of authentic charms to use for comparison when buying off ebay and similar places. Type in the search box to find a charm.

Sorry I don't know enough about the bags to help you.
Although I will say that the Juicy bags are very nicely made, quality wise, and if there's shoddy workmanship showing, then that's a big red flag that it's not real.

Hopefully, someone else will come along to comment.

I suggest you ask the seller for more photos as I can't see much from the eBay ones, but the lack of an id number on the inside seems to be a major red flag as from what I have experienced all Juicy bags have them. However the seller has all good reviews but one which is about shopping not the actual product so to be on the safe side start asking the seller for detailed photos and to show you the tags.
