Hello dear Authentificators, I would very much love your thoughts on this scarf:

Title: Manufacture de Boucleries Detail
Seller: Exquisite Artichoke
Link: https://exquisiteartichoke.com/products/hermes-scarf-tetes-de-chevaux-cornes-59908

I got the title wrong, first, as has the seller apparently.
Thank you for your time and effort in advance

Again apologies for returning to my inquiry. I found another listing of this scarf with more pictures and a more accurate item description , which might be a better experienced seller:

scarf name: Manufacture de Boucleries Detail
listing number: 164530576584
Seller: hermesandvintage via ebay
Link:https://www.ebay.de/itm/164530576584

again, thank you in advance

Authentic, nice presentation of scarf features, thumbs up to seller

PS as to title ... DETAIL scarves often lack a title, even if it had been been on the original, since the DETAIL view may crop out the original title - which was the case here
And the web site or store tag might have had gosh-knows what on it since MANUFACTURE DE BOUCLERIES DETAIL is too long for either (limited number of characters)
the seller simply mentioned the inscription on the silk - fair enough

1. TRADESY info is not very useful, the photos there are not much better than the Poshmark ones, still a lot of photos of boxes … not the scarf
NOTE Tradesy photos were done in better lighting - not so dark. This is a good example of the type of lighting required for good photos
2. You did not get resolution of my questions on format - triangle or 90cm? I assume a 90 ...
3. I ASSUME your new photos - incl lady holding up scarf in hands - are from the Posh scarf, not the Tradesy one ... the new photos are in darker lighting than than the Tradesy ones. I discern the difference based on lighting , see item 1
4. Sadly, the scarf appears to have never been signed (?), one less thing to go on
5. All the PM photos are dark, I blew up the copyright photo and am still struggling to discern the direction of the accent, but I THINK it is OK
6. The TRADESY photos actually muddy the waters, there is no proof that one authentic, thus useful as gauge for authenticity

That is as far as I go on this scarf, I see no red flags but note all the caveats

PS as you are a newbie, I do recommend reading POST 1 and some of the previous replies in this thread. I listed my reservations about he scarf in detail so, you can learn but modern fakes are VERY ACCURATE and good photos covering all the features listed in Post 1 really are needed.
Years ago, the existence of a printed copyright was enough to ensure authenticity, sadly that is no more. We look at MANY features and make judgments on the predominance of the information, not just one good photo
Hi. Thank you so much for the detailed explanation. Really appreciate it. I did read the first post and try to convey what was required to the seller. Unfortunately, since this is their personal item, I don't think they have much idea about the kind of pictures to be clicked either. Is there anything I can ask them to do that will help provide some clarity?

Thank you a lot for your time and the DETAIL explanation ❤
If you have the time, I would be happy to know which you would pick if you had to decide between the sellers hermesandvintage https://www.ebay.de/itm/164530576584 from my second request above or exquisite artichoke, that you evaluated

Sorry, we do not evaluate sellers or condition, opinions Tend to be very personal eg one buyer may love Seller 1, another may have a poor opinion

Hey all. Posting here bc y’all are amazing detectives. I bought this twilly off a fb group. It came and the tag looks off. I compared it to all my twillys and it looks very different. The seller said it’s because it’s an old purchase from the boutique. Can you tell me if this is a tag Hermes ever had?

Unfortunately according to Post #1 your inquiry is outside the scope of this thread :frown:

Appreciate if you can take a look at this scarf:
Item: Authentic Hermes Mythiques Phoenix Silk Scarf 90cm BNIB Collector Item
Seller: rx.141
eBay Item #: 265365936010
url: https://www.ebay.com/itm/265365936010
Comments: I believe this design has been extensively faked so I am leery to purchase without having it checked first, even though the label is intact & seller has satisfied feedback for selling Hermes.
Thanks in advance.
