:smile:Welcome to TPF- as @marietouchet has said we require a link to an active listing... I just wanted to add that if these are the only photos in that listing you’ll have to request additional images from the Seller (you’ll see a list of required details when you read Post #1 as already suggested).

You may want to wait until you have required images to resubmit your request as outlined in Post #1. ;)

Please authenticate. Thank you!

eBay item number:

seller: kobebryant1992
Since they’re duplicates I’m not sure if listing shows the copyright for each of these or not, but from details present they look genuine.
If you want to ask for additional pics of same details side-by-side you can quote this post and add them. ;)

Please see post 1 in this thread, we need a link to an open sale, Ebay will not respect an authentication from TPF for setting a claim, so, it is best to ask first, then buy, sorry

I received a DM about this one ... thought I would reply in the public thread .... " can photo editing or camera quality really make a photo of a scarf look so off?? "

I have not looked at these photos (scarf is sold) but the answer to this question is YES YES YES ....

Photography, editing, cameras can totally distort/misrepresent/enhance a scarf ... I remember a LUMIERES DE PARIS a while back, a cobalt monochrome scarf that looked purple in the photos - in that case it was bad photography (cheap camera?) not an intention to misrepresent

I have myself filtered MY OWN photos (personal use) to lighten them up, this sacrifices detail but HECK they are my photos and that is what I want LOL - my photos turn out dark because I seem to do take them only in winter when the light is dim (go figure...)

PS
Another point - some artist styles are (more) difficult to capture on photos. Ex Pagni NEVER draws CRISP STRAIGHT lines, his always have the look of being irregular and pencil drawn. Photos of Pagni's work always looks naif (crude) and out of focus to me.

thanks so much for sharing your knowledge. Color representation with camera and lighting and editing I have been aware can be very very very off. Wasn’t sure about details of design being thrown off Too. Very informative thank you!
