Given the age of your bag, it should be gold plated hardware. Older bags were brass. As Perlerare pointed out, the seller was hedging his bets, but that was not necessary.

Impossible to say from these pictures. But I would bet against it being authentic.

I would be very careful here. I am NOT an authenticator but the seller has feedback selling phones. The items listed don´t seem to have been photographed by the same person. Stolen pictures?

Only, the same factors made me see the seller as someone who probably doesn't have much experience with designer bags, so thinking of him/her as a fakes dealer seemed unlikely.

However mostly LV and Chanel bags from what I can see so I am feeling a little unsure. The "receipt holder" differs from ones I have received from the boutique but again there could be versions of it in the US? Thanks. There are a couple of details in some of the photos that are making me uncomfortable. Without better pictures (a sharp picture of the craftsman's stamp, better pictures of the interior) I can't say for sure.
I am not a fan of this bag. I am leaning toward fakedom because there are too many things about it that I don't like.
This could be one those really awful newish bags, but with a J stamp I don't think so. J bags were still pretty well made.

This bag is definitely FAKE. No orange dust bag, orange box and orange shopping bag will make it look any authentic.
