Some of the stitching on this bag I find bothersome, gold bags are difficult, I have been staring at my own gold Birkin, I agree with S'Mom, without superior pictures of the interior and the front lock plate I would pass on this.

Vibrato is a bit delicate. When you buy a Vibrato at Hermes, they give you a special eraser to help rub out dirt marks. I have found an ordinary pencil eraser work just as well. I think you should ask for pictures of the bottom of the bag as it could well be dirty, to make sure you are OK with the condition.

I do not have the confidence to say 100% sure. I did question the way she represented the measurements and explained they are usually stated by H x W x D.

I am not an authenticator but there are a couple things that make me think this is not authentic. And the leather doesn't appear to be Epsom.

I agree with Kallie, definitely not Epsom, could be Evergrain, but the bag looks OK to me. Stitching looks consistent with an authentic bag and interior pocket is consistent with PM Vespa pockets.

Thanks Bababebi and Kallie!! Much appreciated:D I did ask the seller about the color because I though it looked darker than gold.
I know that Vespa's came in togo, epsom and toiles also chamonix..
That's as much research I got and it was form a wonderful tpf'er.
I will have to look it up. She gave me great info quite a while ago..

Just FYI, I am not an authenticator but I was trolling Ebay when this listing first popped up and it had a Buy it Now of $4500 if that is a clue it is most likely a fake....just trying to help ;) Once someone bid the opening bid, the BIN went away so most people are unaware the BIN was ridiculously low if this bag was authentic.....which I doubt.

I emailed the seller requesting additional photos and where the bag was originally purchased....their only response to all my questions and request was, "The bag is authentic."

Sorry, not confidence inspiring in the least.
