The first one with the horsebit 2 me is authentic. The symmetry is correct and all GGs are cut well on edges and match on the other side. Same with the bottom as well.

The second one with the blondy look a bit fake. Ebay thumb is if there is a seller who seller far too many brand new designer brands at 1/3 or less than the prices its a fake. Remember most powersellers who claim wholesale etc are full of it. There is NO such thing as whole sale gucci or LV

I have a bag that may be a vintage Gucci and I would like to find out more about it. A friend, who is from Italy gave it to me and said it was purchased in Italy quite some time ago. I am posting pictures of the bag. I would like to know if it could be authentic, style or what this bag was called, and any ideas about value? It has the blue GG logo all over, and feels like it is plastic or vinyl coated. It has blue leather trim and strap. Gold hardware and gold oval GG pulls on the zippers. Above the outside zipper there is a black and gold metal GG logo. The interior is a blue material, the blue leather tag under the inside zipper has gold Gucci, Italy, numbers on the back of the tag are 01204485. The stripped material is blue and red.

hey everyone...

i really want this gucci abbey lingotto tote bag that sells for $439.99 on voguelander, but retails for $725..

i'm interested in this etailer in particular because it is an actual store instead of ebay personal sales. they have a return policy and authenticity seal on their site. i actually emailed them as well and asked why they sold their purses for so cheap, and they said because they bought it directly from a UK dealer. i guess the main reason i'm not completely convinced yet is the lack of testimonials..

has anyone heard of this site or shopped there? and even if you haven't, please check it out and tell me what you think.

i really really desperately want this bag..but not willing to spend 725 :P HELP

I had one of those before...I think it is authentic. The leather flap looks similar to mine, made of pigskin. I tried several Gucci belt bags before I bought one and found out that the leather flap is not perfectly aligned with the outer side of the bag.
