I just saw this listing on ebay, my better mind tells me it's a fake.. but never hurts to get some of your expert advice...

I did email the seller and asked for more pics, especially a pic of the serial number under the flap.. I will let you know if she agrees.. If not, that is a dead give away..

So let me know what you think and if you have ever heard anything about this seller.

The link goes to a different bag. the bag in that link is definitely a fake. The black controllato card is a give away.

Seller has had a few negatives left for them for selling fake bags. I wouldn't trust them. I also am not liking the interior Gucci made in tags that are rounded on the corners like that. The newer bags that I have and have seen all have nice square edged tags. The vintage bags have an oval like tag, but this is a newer bag. Hope that helps.

Hopefully someone else can confirm this too :)

I have the larger size of this same bag that I bought at the Gucci boutique in black and in brown Original price was like $1300 or $1600ish.The leather is super soft and collapses and not stiff. Interior of the black one is black and green horsebits. Interior of the brown one is red and brown horsebits. Serial numbers on mine are 145828 and bottom serial number is also six digits not four. The GG imprint all over the bag is not very deep...it is a slight imprint not a deep one. Back of the BASE of the zipper (I'm not talking about the words ON the zipper...but the base piece that the part you pull is connected to) says "Gucci".

This bag appears to have the wrong interior combo and serial number appears off for this style. I'd ask about the underside of the zipper, but the first two things are flags to me. Also consider what they are selling it for. I bought the brown one earlier this year and the black either earlier this year or near the end of last year so this is a fairly new bag...if someone is selling it for like $200 or so that is another flag. Even if it was bought on sale I doubt anyone would sell an authentic for less than $700 or so.

Thanks! I didn't realize that the interiors were different colors. I guess that's a detail that most people don't notice on fakes. I appreciate the help! The search continues!

Hi everyone! I am new... and have never purchased Gucci before... so I need your help!! I purchased an ebay listing #160025083043. It seems to be excellent quality, though after reading the posts they make great fakes these days... I would so appreciate some feedback. :confused1:
