Hi, can anyone help me. I just bought Furla dolce vita crossbody. And as far I know, All furla bags are made in Italy, but mine says made in bulgaria. I tried to find out about this issue and I already sent an email to [email protected] but untill now they haven't response my email.

Any help would be great!

So: exactly, Furla´s are sewn in the whole Europe Union - it´s OK. Only excslusive lines are made in Italy.

@Debbies bags: IMHO the bag is authentic.
@prinee88: It doesn't matter. Furla often changes the type of hardware and details in the same model through the seasons. For example: see the famous Divide-it, every year other tag, other lining and other zipper pull...nothing else couldn´t be changed on this bag because is very simple. :biggrin: Only the shapes staying the same. Hi,
I've recently bought a Furla metropolis, I love the colour and all, but I'm suspecting that it is fake now. The key hole on the golden plate is different from the authentic bags I find in duty free stores. The key hole on my bag is pressable like a button, where the duty free bags don't. I have also looked closely to a lot of images online and they do look slightly different (mine is short cylinder shaped, a bit hard to identify by photo).
Other than this, everything else looks quite real. Are there any other clues I can find to authenticate this?

I've emailed [email protected] but no respond. Please help!

I need help authenticating this bag, this part gives me doubts.. please look at the metal plating.. This is the Metropolis Graffiti bag :smile:

Look how there is no space between the "in Italy" part...

I was going to buy this on ebay, and I was so ready until I noticed this and I was like, why would FURLA do that to their name plate! So I messaged the seller and asked her for more pictures and asked her about the no space.. and this is the reply I got:

Thank you for your inquiry. I already have a local buyer that is picking up the bag today. However, if it doesn't sale I'll take additional pictures of the bag for you so you can have it authenticated. I usually use mypoupette.com to authenticate my bags. Thanks! :)

Yes that sure sounds dodgy! I have contacted my store to ask for product codes or proof and they are taking their sweet time -_-
 
Oh, you bought it from a store? Is it from an authorized retailer?
Some sort of outlet here, I'm unsure if they are authorized.. the store could not proof anything to me.. instead they asked me to proof its not real with certificate. That shop is fishy as.
Furla has got back to me and asked for some photos and receipts. Hopefully they can tell me the answer.
