Hi, could someone give me some information on a leather Fossil satchel? The tag inside the purse is ZB9118. It is a red leather bag with white trim. I’ve been looking for information and can’t find any.

Can someone advise me on my recent Fossil Medium Emerson Satchel purchase? The tag reads ZB6458. It doesn't fit the pictures I see from of the medium and large bags from Fossil website.

The strap buckles are more inside the bag than sticking out, which isn't in the medium version but on the large version. However, the inner zipper pocket has a leather oval logo design, while both authentic sizes have a diamond logo.

The information tag on the inside doesn't say "Long Live Vintage" and it also doesn't feel as satiny as my other Fossil bags. The dust bag that it came with looks different than my other dust bag -- the darker logo is the one I got from the seller.

Any help will be appreciated!

Fossil had a line called 1954 maybe, oh, eight, nine years ago. From the lining it looks authentic. I don't think Fossils have been faked.

Don't know if any experts are available for Fossil bags but I would love to authenticate this Fossil 1954 bag (I own it)! It appears to have the correct lining, Fossil leather stamp, brass hardware (though the key seems to be plated) but the Fossil serial number tag is missing. There is instead a black fabric tag which says only "Genuine Leather" & "Made in China".
Measurements: L 9" D 4" H 10" Any advice or information would be much appreciated!!

I've never seen a Fossil sample before. I believe it is authentic. Not all sample styles make it into production.
