will try to do so...i am so bothered by this...i thought it looked ok, but i guess fakes are that good, i sent the seller emails of why she sold a fake bag...wow. this is serious.. i believe she already sent it off. she have a 7 day rtn so im not too bad off...i wish this could be reassured. but if it sfake its fake. ..:crybaby: thanks you.

Hi. I requested the seller to provide me with this and this is what she said:

I'm sorry but you don't seem to know much about genuine Fendi bags because they don't have any 'leather serial strip'. Therefore I am unable to send you a photo of it because there is no such thing, sorry about that.

Fendi have their serial number on the back of the hologram fabric tag and there are close up pics of that in the listing. Feel free to check this with any Fendi retailer like David Jones.

So now I'm a bit confused. Is this really true or do some Fendi bags just don't have the leather serial strip? Would appreciate more information on this. Thanks again. :)

Wow...I think my DH actually knows more about Fendi than this seller... :wtf:

If what she says in the auction is true and this bag is from 2007, it would DEFINITELY have a leather serial strip on the opposite side panel of where the hologram is sewn into the lining. If she is insistant that there isn't one, I would just stay away...

That's funny that you should say that because this bag was not even remotely close to a GOOD fake... :lolots:

I've decided to do just that. I felt she implied I was stupid for not knowing these things. Glad I checked with the experts first. So, my search continues. :)

Thanks accio.

My sister asked me to bid on this mini chef - http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=180391769226&ssPageName=ADME:X:RTQ:US:1123
item number: 180391769226
seller: ***********0000cc]koflaherty123[/COLOR]

Here are the additional pics she sent after bidding.
the seller says that there isn't any hologram which worries me.
what do you think? need your greenlight before paying.
thanks.

RED LIGHT!!! It's so red, it's bleeding! It's definitely fake! :yucky:

the seller said she bought it from a fendi store in ny.
I am asking her for a reciept now or something to prove it.
can you help me out here accio on why it is a fake.
my sister likes the bag.

I believe I've told you every time you've asked for authentcations that a receipt does not make a bag authentic...it's fake, I'm sure. Pls don't ask about this one again. :smile1: perhaps the most valuable thing you will learn here is that sellers of fake bags will never admit to selling a fake bag, so don't bother asking... And they will say anything to get you to buy their fake bag...I was under the impression that is why buyers come here for our advice... :shrugs:
