Hi Ladies, I've had this bag for awhile and need you to verify its authenticity. Its a rather old-ish model and I've turned it inside out but there doesnt seem to be a hologram, there is a serial no. however, and I've included pictures of this (although it seems to have faded somewhat - I can barely make out the numbers).

not sure that FP will know, have you tried caling them? they are PST.
if your not happy with the bag , they do have a return policy. not 100% sure what exactly it is, you can go to their website and check it out.
Yes thanks you , i did email them and they said they would forward it to the right dept...hmm...and their return policy states that i need to arrange return first and have tag attached and i unfortunately cut it right off. Either way, i just wanted to see if anyone knew if thats how its supposed to look? If they came split or seperate looking like that.

F - I had a snakeskin FENDI several years ago (sold it a while back) & I do recall some seams crosswise on the strap. It did not feel like it was modified and was smooth & continuous feel to it.
