i will let you know if it is awesome or not. i was a little leary about buying a bag from ebay, but had to have that mini spy in that color.

btw, nordstroms is having their 1/2 yearly sale starting on wednesday. they are preselling a ton of chloe, dolce & gabbana, marc jacobs, etc (40% off). i put a chloe ethel satchel on hold in raspberry with orange handles! i shouldn't have, but i did!

I have a question. Does a purse purchased in 2004 have a hologram? I inquired about the hologram and the seller responded with this. I also googled the serial number and all foreign websites popped up. Is that another bad sign?

Hi! The bag has a leather serial number strip (no hologram). A picture of the strip is uploaded already, pic #4. I purchased the bag from eLuxury.com. If you're not familiar with the site, only authentic designer goods are sold there. The site is owned by Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton (LVMH), the world's leading luxury goods group.

There is something very odd about this auction...the leather serial strip on this bag indicates this bag was made in 2006...yet the invoice for it is for 2004. Fendi bags started to use the hologram and leather serial strip combination in 2003, so a 2004 bag would have a hologram. I don't know...too many red flags on this one... :confused1:
