Hi ya'll. Can you please help me with this cute bag? I am a new fan of Fendi and my friend is offering to sell me this one. Is it vintage? It has the serial # but no hologram. I took several pics and it you need more, please let me know and I'll upload them. I'd really appreciate your time!

I can't say for sure on this one; sorry. The font on the serial number is different from what we usually see, but the construction looks good.

Thanks for looking at the pics. Darn! I was hoping for a for sure yes. As cute as it is, I would hate to carry it if it might be a fake. :confused1:

I do know that the bag is at least 5+ years old. How old does it have to be to be considered "vintage"?

I don't think there is a standard definition for vintage (at least not one that I am aware of), but 5 years seems a bit young to be called vintage to me. I would say that it would have to be at least 10-15 years old.

Not sure about the name. I don't think I would call it a baguette because there's no flap. Not all of Fendi's bags have a name, sometimes they just describe them. Google the 8BR number and you might get a name.
