I'm usually able to get good pictures with this camera. Unfortunately, because of the subject matter, I'm getting too much reflection with the hologram, even with the flash off. The serial number, is too dark with the flash off and has a glare with it on.

Is it possible to get a sense of the authenticity, by my verbal description?
